US ministry signals a potential lawsuit against Baltimore shipowner

A new court document indicates that the US Department of Justice may file a claim against shipowner Grace Ocean, whose ship Dali collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore in March, which subsequently caused the bridge to collapse, Reuters reports.
