Titan Vision Completes First LNG Loading at Klaipeda | Mariner News

Trust Score: 95

Titan Clean Fuels’ LNG bunker vessel, Titan Vision, has completed its inaugural LNG loading operation at Lithuania’s Klaipeda LNG terminal, lifting over 11,000 m3 of LNG. This development significantly enhances Klaipeda’s standing as a pivotal regional LNG reloading and bunkering hub across the Baltic Sea.

The 12,000 m3 capacity Titan Vision loaded the substantial volume, as confirmed by KN Energies via a LinkedIn post. This operation marks a continuation of the ongoing cooperation between KN Energies and Titan.

So far this year, the Klaipeda terminal has handled 65 ship-to-ship LNG operations, including 36 involving small-scale LNG vessels. This consistent activity, now boosted by Titan Vision’s substantial loading, underscores Klaipeda’s growing strategic importance in distributing LNG to smaller terminals and facilitating bunkering services throughout the Baltic region.

The significant volume loaded during this first operation points to robust terminal capabilities and a maturing market demand for LNG as a marine fuel, further solidifying Klaipeda’s position in the evolving alternative fuels landscape.
