ThPA S.A.: New Three-Year Collective Labor Agreement

In a spirit of cooperation, ThPA S.A. and the Federation of Greek Port Employees (OMYLE) signed, on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the new Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) with a three-year duration (2025–2027), marking the conclusion of a constructive cycle of consultations.

The President of OMYLE, Mr. Apostolos Dallas, emphasized: “The signing of the new CLA is the result of fruitful negotiations, aimed at ensuring mutually beneficial terms. The promotion of a modern working environment that supports the stability and well-being of employees remains a common priority. This agreement contributes to maintaining a framework of mutual trust and job security, which is a constant and ongoing demand of all employees and the trade union movement.”
