Not over till it’s over: Economou files new lawsuit against Performance Shipping

It was American baseball legend turned cultural icon Yogi Berra who coined the expression, “It ain’t over till it’s over.” But it appears that those are words to live by for Greek shipping tycoon George Economou as well.

Just days after seeing a shareholder activism lawsuit against Performance Shipping thrown out of a New York court for lack of jurisdiction, Economou said he has sued the company anew, this time in the Marshall Islands.
