McDermott has been awarded a crucial engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) contract by ADNOC for the Al Nasr Field Development Project. This significant agreement underscores McDermott’s role in advancing offshore oil production capabilities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Boosting Offshore Oil Production Capacity
The Al Nasr-115 Expansion Project is a vital component of the broader Nasr Phase II Full Field Development. This ambitious initiative aims to substantially increase the UAE’s oil production, targeting an impressive 115,000 barrels per day (bpd) by 2027. Such expansion is critical for ADNOC’s strategic vision for sustainable energy growth and meeting global energy demands.
Comprehensive EPCI Scope and Expertise
Under the terms of the EPCI contract, McDermott will deliver a full suite of services. This includes two topside structures, a new manifold tower, one jacket, a connecting bridge, and all associated pipelines, cables, and brownfield modifications.
