Maersk struggles to keep up with its smaller competitors

Maersk’s earnings failed to match the financial results of four smaller competitors in the first six months of the year, according to ShippingWatch’s comparison of first-half figures from Maersk and four of the company’s competitors in the global container shipping top ten.
