Lloyd’s Register has officially joined DCSA+, marking a significant step to accelerate digitalisation in shipping. This strategic partnership places LR within a global alliance dedicated to advancing open digital standards across the container shipping ecosystem, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and visibility within the complex maritime supply chain.

Driving Digital Standards for Enhanced Efficiency

Through the DCSA+ program, Lloyd’s Register will actively contribute to a community of carriers, shippers, terminals, and technology providers. This platform fosters direct collaboration, enabling partners to develop practical, scalable digital solutions. A key focus is the Operational Vessel Schedules (OVS) standard, vital for improving visibility and coordination throughout the vessel schedule value chain, enhancing maritime logistics.
