DPA marks a historic milestone with berthing of Cape Vessel M.V. Golden Barnet at cargo jetty no. 6

The vessel, with a LOA of 292 meters and a draft of 12.98 meters, carrying a substantial parcel of 96,587 MT, was berthed directly at the cargo jetty — marking the first direct berthing of a Cape-size vessel at Deendayal Port’s cargo jetty in the past four years. For context, the last Cape vessel berthed four years ago had a similar LOA but a comparatively lesser draft of 12.5 meters.
