Diana becomes largest Genco shareholder

Diana Shipping has further increased its investment in New York-listed Genco Shipping & Trading.

Specifically, the company has acquired about 1 million more shares in Genco, taking its stake to approximately 10 percent.

According to a SEC filing, Diana now holds 4.29m shares in Genco, making the former the largest Genco shareholder.
